Two sets of transformer has been transported and set on-pad at nuclear power plant in Homestead, FL. Utilizing two 18" low profile 12 axle trailers to get road permit approved by state of Alabama & Florida that has extremely tough DOT height restriction.

Heat exchanger tower Dryer (1 unit) & Stripper (2 unit) set for solar energy plant have been transported from Salem, Va to Norfolk, VA for export to S. Korea. Stripper tower measured 68 feet in length & 13 feet 5 inches in height making the job extremely challenging to secure the equipment for the scope, but SMC and contracted carrier got it done to make promised vessel cut-off.

300Ton Liebherr Crane Export

300 Metric Ton Liebherr Crane along with boom & counter weights have exported from Port of Baltimore to Port of Pyungtak, S. Korea. Total size was 227 metric ton @ 630 cubic meter. Work scope included dock side stevedoring, load/brace/block onto liner mafi and ocean freight.

Three units of Gas Purifier containing haz class 4.2 / UN2881 have been inland transported, trans-loaded to 40' & 20' ocean flat rack and exported. Metal Catalyst 4.2 is highly classified dangerous good which requires DOT Competent Authority for ocean transportation. Most transportation company does not have haz-mat license to handle class 4.2.
